| Requirements | Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in fashion design or garment production (internships included). Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with tech packs and technical drawings. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working directly with manufacturers or in a production environment.
