​An AIOAK IT Accountant with tax expertise and the ability to gather legal documents plays a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting legal processes within an organization.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Tax Compliance and Reporting: Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local tax regulations. ​ Tax Planning and Strategy: Develop strategies to minimize tax liabilities and advise management on tax implications of business decisions. ​ Legal Documentation Management: Collect, organize, and maintain legal documents related to financial transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.​ Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.​ AccountingTools Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.​ Interview Guy Software Proficiency: Utilize accounting and tax software to manage records and prepare reports efficiently.
Requirements Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ​ Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is preferred. ​ Experience: Minimum of 3 years in accounting or tax-related roles, with experience in handling legal documentation.​ Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and tax preparation tools.​
