| Responsibilities | Job Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, Textile Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fashion design and garment production management. Proven experience in overseeing the entire garment production cycle—from concept development to final delivery. Experience in working with factories and suppliers to ensure timely sample development, approvals, and mass production. Ability to manage and lead a team of designers, sample makers, and production assistants. Capable of troubleshooting production issues, delays, and quality concerns effectively. |
